In October, I had the pleasure of participating in the first Art Colony in Tirana, Albania, where for three days we painted live as a group of artists from Albania, Turkey, and myself from Greece. I was left with the best impressions — the city is beautiful and incredibly welcoming. People were genuinely happy when they heard I was Greek and many even tried to speak to me in Greek.
My second artwork, inspired by Nafplio, was selected to remain in the gallery located on the first floor of the Presidential Palace.
Warm greetings to my new friends: Canindé and Ismail from Turkey, Merinda from Kosovo, Jonida, Jetona, Dritan, Aida, Azem, Edison, and many more from Albania — I can’t wait to see you again!
